The Dresden Staatskapelle present here a continuation of their long-term Bruckner cycle with the composer’s Ninth Symphony. Christian Thielemann conducts the ensemble, and proves his talent for German Romantic repertoire with his interpretation of this symphony. This work is presented in its original 3-movement version, as the final movement remained unfinished by Bruckner at his death.
