Two CDs. The second complete show to be issued from Keith Jarrett's 2016 European tour, following the acclaimed Munich 2016 concert. This double album documents the pianist's solo performance at Budapest's Bela Bart�k National Concert Hall. Jarrett, whose roots go back to Hungary, saw it as a homecoming; the context inspired much creative improvisation. His later concerts are comprised of independent movements, each a marvel of spontaneous resourcefulness and creative energy.

CD reissue. CD reissue. Crystal Silence is an album by Chick Corea and Gary Burton. It was recorded in November 1972 and produced by Manfred Eicher for ECM Records. Their collaboration went further in 1979 with the albums Duet and In Concert, Z�rich, October 28, 1979, also on ECM Records.

Drummer Gard Nilssen's ECM leader debut follows acclaimed recordings for the label with the Maciej Obara Quartet and with Mathias Eick. Elastic Wave presents Nilssen's powerful trio with fellow Norwegian Andr� Roligheten on reeds and Swedish bassist Petter Eldh. The group's dynamic interaction, dancing sense of pulse and boldly etched themes - all three players contribute compositions - make Acoustic Unity one of the most engaging bands on the circuit today, able to address fiery anthems and poignant ballads with equal panache and conviction. Elastic Wave was recorded at Studios La Buissonne in the South of France in June 2021.

After featuring on a dozen albums with Carla Bley for WATT/ECM, Colours in Motion is Andy Sheppard's first album for ECM proper. The British saxophonist heads a specially assembled international quintet in a programme of buoyant and strongly melodic self-penned pieces. Sheppard's elegant saxophone and the strongly contrasting guitars of John Paricelli and Eivind Aarset are lifted up by the rhythmic drive of Arild Andersen's muscular bass and the crisp, dynamic tabla playing of Kuljit Bhamra. Tabla master Kuljit Bhamra makes his ECM debut here. He is credited as one of the instigators of the Bhangra dance music scene, and has scored music for several films including Bend It Like Beckham. All of Sheppard's other cohorts are well-known to ECM fans - Arild Andersen of course has been recording with ECM for 40 years. Sheppard's longstanding affection for Indian, African and Latin grooves is evident in compositions that give the leader and his exceptional supporting musicians plenty of room to move.
