Pianist Amir Katz presents here what is possibly the most popular group of Schubert’s piano works. Drawing on a wealth of knowledge and experience with Schubert’s music, Katz performs the works with outstanding technical ability. Born in Israel, Katz currently resides in Berlin. He has recorded numerous pieces for CD, and frequently performs in a concert setting. Katz has performed all over the world, and has won numerous awards, including first prize at the Maria Canals in Barcelona, the Viotti Valsesia in Italy, and the International Schubert in Dortmund.
