This two-album collection featuring some of the best known and most successful songs of her career comes from perhaps the greatest Hungarian pop legend. Zsuzsa Koncz's career started after her performance in the Ki mit tud? talent show of 1962. She has been performing with various bands and musicians over the years, most notably Ills and Jnos Brdy. In the 1970s, she made several successful tours abroad, mainly in Eastern Bloc countries as well as in West Germany (sometimes under the names Shusha Koncz and Jana Koncz in German-speaking countries), but also in France, the U.S., and Japan. She remains extremely popular in Hungary, with some of her songs now part of Hungarian folklore, among them: 'A Krpthyk lnya', 'Ha n rzsa volnk', and 'Valahol egy lny.'
All Time Greatest Hits Vol 3 / Tommy Dorsey, Frank Sinatra

Personnel includes: Frank Sinatra, Connie Haines, The Pied Pipers (vocals);
Tommy Dorsey & His Orchestra.
Recorded between 1940 & 1942.
In 1939, Frank Sinatra scored his very first success, "All Or Nothing At All," with trumpeter Harry James' Orchestra. The following year the young singer began an extraordinary two year apprenticeship with the much classier Tommy Dorsey Orchestra, a regimen which taught him everything he needed to know about musical taste and judgement if not popular adulation. Make no mistake, however; from the beginning, through sheer dint of will, Sinatra managed to make his time with the master trombonist and bandleader a collaboration of musical equals.
Milestone recordings like "Stardust," "I'll Be Seeing You," "I'll Never Smile Again," "Everything Happens To Me" et al are both big band classics and the beginning of a new age of romantic popular singing. No male singer had ever gone as far as Sinatra did in exploring the tender feelings expressed in these songs, in identifying so completely with a given song's meaning. It was a revolution in popular sensibility that we are still living through several decades later.

Few recordings have struck a chord as deep and profound as this heart-rendering, yet ultimately uplifting, CD. The Last Journey offers mourners a way to grieve, to search through the struggle before them, and to face their difficult situation with a renewed sense of hope in the Resurrection. This recording makes a suitable and touching gift for mourners. The inspiring sound of The Cathedral Singers with soloist Pamela Warrick-Smith makes this a truly unique and touching gift. Includes "Lord Our God, Receive Your Servant," sung as the final commendation at the funeral of Joseph Cardinal Bernardin.

Once again, David Haas breaks new ground with the music collection Before I Was Born. This collection truly celebrates the new millennium with energy, providing new contemporary sounds with settings for Eucharist, sacramental celebrations, various seasons of the liturgical year, and celebrations that involve young people. Ideal for Millennium celebrations, Pentecost, and celebrations of initiation, "You Make All Things New" and "Breath of Life" stir the soul and invoke the Spirit. This collection also features songs that reach out to teens and the young-at-heart, especially "With You by My Side," which has already become a popular piece for liturgies, retreats, and other events with young people. David adds a powerful arrangement of the well-known spiritual "Give Me Jesus," and composer friends Lori True and Derek Campbell also contribute songs. This is truly a diverse and spiritually powerful collection for worship and prayer!

This major endeavor from David Haas includes an innovative new Mass setting—the first complete Mass he has written in five years—drawn from the musical motifs of his top-selling new communion song, "We Give You Thanks." David covers important musical ground with this project. In addition to the usual ritual moments set to music (the Kyrie, Gloria, gospel and eucharistic acclamations, Lord's Prayer, and Lamb of God), this project includes music for the dismissal of children and for children's Liturgy of the Word.
