Fresh Dimensions features works by two of our era's most esteemed composers: Craig Madden Morris and Paul John Stanberry. Both award winning masters in their field, bringing the two together for this album has created a listening experience of the highest caliber. Morris' Concerto for Violin and Orchestra presented here was originally written for violinist Christine Kwak. Frank Restesen performs the work here with stunning virtuosity and emotion. The suites by Stanberry became instant hits. The music is programmatic, and was composed for the Sam Ashworth film about Robert McCloskey, author of Make Way for Ducklings.
