Annette Richards, a leading authority of the extensive collection of music held in the library of Prussian Princess Anna Amalia, from where the music on this disc is drawn, is heard here in a first recording of the new organ at Cornell University created by organ-builder Munetaka Yokota at the Gothenburg Organ Art institute and modeled after the 1706 Schnitger organ of Charlottenburg Castle (Berlin).
