From the creative hand of Marty Haugen comes a splendid collection of music for the seasons of Lent, Easter, and Pentecost, along with a new setting of the litanies and acclamations for Eucharist entitled, "Mass of Remembrance." You'll find "Song over the Waters," a gathering hymn that incorporates the Rite of Sprinkling, "Shepherd Me, O God," an inclusive language version of the beloved 23rd Psalm, and a beautiful rendition of the Eucharistic Prayer for Masses of Reconciliation II, to name just a few. In the same style of Marty Haugen's popular "Mass of Creation," this setting for Eucharist is suitable for use with any choir, large or small, traditional or contemporary, and may be performed by just a few voices and instruments or a full complement of mixed voices, brass and percussion.
