This 2-CD set pays tribute to the French poet Robert DESNOS. Eve Griliquez and Denis Lavant let us discover the poet’s universe, guide us through the rhythm of his words. Here, they both read a selection of his best poems and prose written between 1922 and 1944. Desnos was born in 1900. He took part in every intellectual adventure of his time. Surrrealist, a pioneer of the massmedia era, engaged and a member of the resistance. His singing and popular poetry deliver a message which still concerns a 21th century reader – or listener!
