Fifth House Ensemble has been acclaimed for their "conviction, authority, and finesse." (The New York Times) Together with the Mediterranean folk band Baladino, they present this new release with works by Dan Visconti. This is a world-premiere album, featuring eleven new compositions. The title, Nedudim, is Hebrew for "wanderings." Elements of Indian raga, US folk melodies, and Middle Eastern harmonies are found in these tracks, expressing the composer's global perspective.
