R�meaux & Associ�s and the Grande Mosqu�e de Paris have joined forces to promote the history, philosophy, cultures and knowledge of the Muslim world. Can one be a scientist and a believer today? Answering this question in the affirmative seems to be a challenge in our time when science and religion maintain a conflictual relationship that began in modern times. Bruno Guiderdoni, an astrophysicist by profession, director of the Lyon Observatory and director of the Institut des Hautes �tudes Islamiques, takes up the challenge and proposes to engage in a peaceful dialogue between science and religion.
