This new release from Navona highlights works by well-known Jewish composers Aaron Copland and Eric Korngold. Violinist Yuriy Bekker performs the works on this release on a rare 1686 Ex-Nachez Stradivarius violin. Bekker has been concertmaster of the Charleston Symphony Orchestra since 2007, and has recently taken the position of Principal Pops Conductor. Andrew Armstrong performs alongside Bekker for this release.
