At the heart of this album, surrounded by friends- all admirers of his numerous talents- the inestimable Roland Dyens plays one of his famulous arrangements- ‘All of Me.’ Several other notable guitar soloists are featured in this potpourri of beautiful guitar music, including Zoran Dukic, Sergio Assad, and Eduardo Isaac. Also included are several rarely performed pieces by guitar ensembles in various formations, including the Duo Siqueira Lima, Sergio & Odair Assad, and the Alki Guitar Trio, who have been pioneers in the field of guitar trio, frequently arranging well-known solo works by composers like Isaac Albeniz and Heitor Villa-Lobos to suit their instrumentation.
