Two CDs. "New Blue Sun is the continuation of discovery for me. My entire career has been fueled by this and it is the only thing that keeps me honest. This album is the most honest and interesting offering I can give today. I never could have imagined in high school, when I started rapping and doing music that I would be here right now playing wind instruments. Ha. This life ride always surprises me. I'm here for it." - Andre 3000 This deluxe 2-CD release comes in a tri-fold softpack with a 9 panel/18 page poster folder insert.

2008 digitally remastered and expanded edition of the Funk band's 1969 opus featuring five bonus tracks. Stand! Is the pinnacle of Sly & the Family Stone's early work, a record that represents a culmination of the group's musical vision and accomplishment. Music journalists have often hinted at this record's boundless enthusiasm and blurred stylistic boundaries, yet everything simply gels here, resulting in no separation between the astounding Funk, effervescent irresistible melodies, psychedelicized guitars, and deep rhythms. Add to this a sharpened sense of Pop song craft, elastic band interplay, and a flowering of Sly's social conscious, and the result is utterly stunning. 13 tracks including 'I Want to Take You Higher', 'Sing a Simple Song' and 'Everyday People'. Double vinyl LP pressing. Dangerous is the eighth studio album by Michael Jackson. It was released on November 26, 1991 by Epic Records. His first album under his new contract with Sony Music, it was also Jackson's first album since 1975's Forever, Michael not to be produced by longtime collaborator Quincy Jones, who had agreed to split after the final recording sessions for Jackson's 1987 album, Bad. Dangerous has sold over 35 million copies worldwide, 7 million albums were shipped in the United States alone, and has been cited as one of the best-selling albums of all time. The album produced four Top Ten singles on the Billboard Hot 100 including one number-one. Similar to the musician's previous material, the album's music features elements of R&B, pop and rock while also incorporating a newer genre, new jack swing, after the inclusion of producer Teddy Riley to the project in a bid to present Jackson to a younger urban audience. Jackson earned writing credits on all but two tracks on the album. Dangerous received several Grammy nominations, winning only one for Best Engineered Album. In addition to commercial success, the album received critical acclaim from contemporary critics.

Nov 27, 2012
2 CD/2 DVD/1 LP. DELUXE EDITION. Rage Against the Machine is often cited as one of the greatest and most influential rock albums of all time. During their initial nine-year run, the band became one of the most popular and influential bands in music history. Probably the first album to successfully merge the seemingly disparate sounds of rap and heavy metal, Rage Against the Machine was groundbreaking enough when released in 1992, but many would argue that it has yet to be surpassed in terms of influence and sheer brilliance - though countless bands have certainly tried.

Dec 22, 2017
Double vinyl LP pressing including digital download. Original soundtrack to the 2017 motion picture. Denis Villenueve's masterful Blade Runner 2049 features a score composed by legendary maestro Hans Zimmer. The score was composed in tandem by Zimmer and his longtime collaborator Benjamin Wallfisch. The duo was brought in somewhat later in the production process, after the score's initial composer, Icelandic composer Johann Johannsson, ceased involvement due to creative differences. Villeneuve explained his decision to replace Johannsson with Zimmer in an interview with Al Arabiya. "The thing I will say is that making movies is a laboratory," he explained. "The movie needed something different, and I needed to go back to something closer to [the original film's composer] Vangelis. Johann and I decided that I will need to go in another direction - that's what I will say." The decision seemingly paid off, as Clint Worthington notes in his review of the film: "[Zimmer and Wallfisch] lean heavily on Vangelis' original 1982 score for inspiration, but 2049 is refreshingly light on incidental music, mostly allowing the booming, immersive sound design to take center stage." In additional to Zimmer and Wallfisch's original compositions, the soundtrack features songs by Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley, and Lauren Daigle.
