Celebrations features the talents of some of this nation's finest musicians, members of the U.S. Navy Band. As a commemoration to the exceptional musicianship and unfailing dedication of the Navy Band, this exciting album strikes a balance between concert band works and orchestral transcriptions that challenge the performers and inspire the listener. Heritage of the March is a series of records of marches released from 1973-1980s. It remains the largest single march music record series in history. Volume 2 features John Klohr and Alex Lithgow. Heritage of the March is a series of 185 vinyl records of marches and galops released from 1973 to the early 1980s. It remains the largest single march music record series in history, featuring close to 3,000 different marches. Volume 1 features the great marches of Robert Brown Hall and Carl Teike. Included with the album are notes on topics such as the Heritage of the March series, historical backgrounds on composers, instrumentation, the band recorded, or various personal stories from Bob Hoe.

Everyone is familiar with, at the very least, a handful of John Philip Sousa's magnificent marches. UNITED STATES ARMY CONCERT BAND: Live in Concert

From the earliest days of our nation, the United States Marine Band’s primary mission has been to provide the best music in the world to the President and people of this great nation.
