PHI is probably the first jazz record entirely based on the golden ratio. This ratio has already fascinated artists such as Leonardo Da Vinci, Johann Sebastian Bach or Bela Bartok. Far from being a conceptual music, the style of Olivier Collette's compositions is melodious, harmonious and dynamic. Among others, one can hear influences of Pat Metheny or Keith Jarrett. Two prestigious guests for this album : guitarist Peter Hertmans and trumpet player Bert Joris.

Belgian saxophonist Toine Thys introduces the French-Belgian group ORLANDO, featuring his recent collaborations with the French scene. This group bears the enigmatic name of the hero of the eponymous and mysterious novel by Virginia Woolf. Like Orlando who swears to remain immortal and who will cross many eras, these four musicians experience together the many aspects of their reality and their evolution through time.

The Endless Way marks the new stage of the bassist Giuseppe Millaci. His trio had the opportunity to travel the world in it's first year of existence. This album reflects the travel experiences, and the trio has shed light for this opus on a series of concerts in Central America that has proved to be a key moment in the evolution of their music. Each track on the album was dedicated to particular events and ambiances.

Momentum brings together 10 visually and sonically enticing tracks that invite to travel. Guitarist Julien Tassin is a prolific musician, whose music draws from his many influences and experiences from classical music to jazz. Getting out of his comfort zone and diving deep into an exploration of his instrument; the guitar - electric, harmonic, omnipresent - tells as many stories as there are tracks on the album.

This "new hard bop" group plays originals by it's members. Damon Brown has been around for more than twenty years, critically acclaimed by the public and the press. The Evening Standard called him "best British mainstream trumpetist". He played alongside Benny Golson, Steve Grossman, Dave Liebman and Peter King. Belgium-based Stephane Mercier still tours around the world. One could hear him with Mark Turner, Avishai Cohen, Chris Cheek, Seamus Blake, Aaron Goldberg in New-York. He also leads the Jazz Station Big Band in Brussels. The two leaders met in Paris, and recently toured in Asia, UK and Europe.

Serenity Island tells a story that spans over a period of 8 years, unfolding the impressions of prominent pianist-composer Nuphar Fey as she travels through countries and deep life changing experiences. Composed during a period of few years while living in several countries in Europe and Israel, the album presents a wide manifold of influences, tastefully combining them to capture a unique musical imprint.

2018 release. Vincent Thekal, tenor saxophonist from Brussels, Belgium, introduces Origami, his second opus as leader with bassist Alex Gilson and drummer Franck Agulhon. He continues to explore his own universe with the trio format, with eight new tunes in different moods, from straight ahead swing to contemporary grooves and ballads. A new sound to discover!
