Francesco Landini is the most prominent Italian composer of the Trecento and a central figure of the Italian Ars Nova. Known for his ballate and use of the 'Landini cadence.' Limited discography in modern catalog but historically significant.
Signature works: Ecco la primavera, Gram piant' agli occhi, Non avrà ma' pietà, Che cosa è quest' amor, Giunta vaga biltà.
