This trio album, recorded in June 2025 in New York, reunites that creative partnership and brings together drummer Dave King-known for his work with The Bad Plus and the Julian Lage Trio-and bassist Charlie Lincoln, a longtime musical collaborator since Tsubosaka's Berklee years. Comprised entirely of original compositions, the album delivers fresh, vivid interplay that recalls the spirit of the Ornette Coleman Trio and the 1960s Keith Jarrett Trio, balancing freedom and structure with striking clarity. Recorded on June 17 and 18, 2025 at The Samurai Hotel in New York, and housed in artwork newly illustrated by Michiaki Mochizuki, the album stands as a confident statement of creative independence and modern jazz expression.
