About
Released in 1960, Moodsville Vol. 1 pairs pianist Red Garland and tenor saxophonist Eddie "Lockjaw" Davis in a relaxed and soulful jazz session. Filled with warm melodies, elegant improvisation, and effortless chemistry between the two artists, the album captures the intimate late-night atmosphere that defined the Moodsville label's finest recordings
